ServerKode is a web design and development studio based in Kosovo. A completed university degree in computer science, over four years of professional experience and a focus on logic and design shape our work.

We work with businesses in Kosovo, Switzerland and Germany, communicating in Albanian, German and English. At ServerKode, you speak directly with the people who plan, design and build your project. Your ideas, decisions and feedback stay close to the work.

Our experience covers websites, digital systems and marketing. We learn about your services, your customers and the way your business works. This gives us the basis for a structure and design that fit your project.

We guide you from the first conversation through the design to launch. You know which materials we need and when your feedback matters. After launch, we remain your contact for the care and further development agreed for your website.

Get to know your business

Tell us what you offer and who your customers are. We agree on the pages, features, costs and timeline in your quote.

Gather your content

Send us your logo, text, photos and contact details. We discuss anything missing and agree which content may be published.

Design, build and review

We create your website for phones and computers. You review the draft and give feedback within the revision rounds included in your package.

You approve. We publish.

We check the pages, links and contact options. After your approval, we publish the website at the agreed address.

Keep your website cared for

Email us for maintenance or changes. We update text and images through Plus or Pro, so you do not need to learn a content management system.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Good work starts with trust.

Before you share materials, we clarify how they will be used. For sensitive information, we agree on the approach with you first.

Agree on how content is used

Together, we establish which materials may be used and published. Internal or sensitive materials are used only for the agreed project work.

Arrange access carefully

We clarify which access is needed and how to share it securely. Please do not send passwords by email.

Put confidentiality in writing

If your project needs specific confidentiality terms, we can discuss a written agreement before you share sensitive information.

ONGOING CARE

Your website goes live. We stay by your side.

New opening hours, an offer or a photo: tell us what you need. We make the changes through the right care plan.

How to reach support

Basic: Technical careHosting, technical checks, updates and technical support. Content changes are not included.
Plus: Content and supportA combined 30 minutes per month for small changes and support, plus everything in Basic.
Pro: More time, priority handlingA combined 90 minutes per month for changes and support, plus everything in Basic.

Unused minutes expire at the end of the month. Extra work: €30 per hour, only after approval.
